Career History Since Graduation 1971 to 1984 worked in the Dept of Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation in various administrative roles (including Sports Seminar Co-ordinator, Facilities Manager and Executive Officer)

Most Memorable York University Experience Working with Development Office to get the Metro Track & Field Centre to be built at York and then working on the Design Advisory Committee to design the facility.
York University Anecdote or Highlight When I started at York as a student and athlete, the Dept of PEA&R was housed in the lower floors of Founders College. I competed on the Varsity Cross Country team. There were only 4 or 5 buildings on the campus at the time. The cross country coach was Dr Bryce Taylor who was the Chairman of the department and became a good friend. I actually helped move the department into the new Tait McKenzie Building when it was built
Highlight(s) of Professional Career Was Head Coach of York Cross Country and Track & Field Teams from 1972 to 1984
Meet Director for first CIAU(now CIS) Nation Indoor Track & Field Championships held in the Skydome (now Rogers Centre)
Meet Director of numerous university and high school track and field meets
Co-founder and Meet Director of York University Corporate Challenge Indoor Track & Field Meet designed to raise scholarship funds for York students
