Career History Since Graduation	Left York in 1986 to join London Life Insurance Company for a year then in 1989 moved to Bank of Montreal. Left BMO to get an MBA from Queen's University in 1991. Joined RBC in the Commercial Bank until 1997 and left RBC to launch an Asset Based Lending business within CIBC, rejoining RBC to launch the same Asset Based Lending Business in 1999. I Became an Executive in RBC in late 2001 and from that point have worked as the Head of Specialized Financing, Regional Vice President Commercial for Greater Toronto, Head of Specialized Sales, and most recently moved to Nassau Bahamas in 2013 to lead the Commercial and Capital Markets, adding the branch channel November 1, 2016.
Most Memorable York University Experience	My final year at York University! I had the privilege of being Co-captain of the York Yeoman Basketball Team, winning the OUAA East League and Conference Championship, was awarded the OUAA East MVP award and All Canadian Honours. I also had the pleasure that year of being a Don in Stong College Residence on the 14th Floor, and was the Treasurer of the Council of the York Student Federation.
York University Anecdote or Highlight	My memorable anecdote was the OUAA Basketball Final held at Waterloo University, covered by Channel 11 at the time. There were buses of York fans led by the York Rugby team dressed in bathrobes and banging on pots (it got so loud we could not hear each other). The gym was packed and the York fans along with our families and friends made this the most memorable experience of the many that I had at York.
Highlight(s) of Professional Career	With more than 25 years in Financial Services including 23 years at RBC, I have worked in a variety of sales areas including Life Insurance, Retail Banking, Personal Lending, Special Loans, Commercial Banking, and Asset Based Lending. I have also held the roles of Regional Vice President, Toronto Region responsible for developing an industry leading Industry Focused segment team, the Small Medium Enterprise and Commercial Sales. Prior to moving to the Caribbean, I was National Head, Specialized Sales for Business Financial Services where I integrated the Treasury, Trade, Leasing, Commercial Mortgage and Wholesale Auto Finance groups into a cohesive team.
